1. Who we are

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

The Service publishes statistical and AI-assisted predictions on football matches, including the FIFA World Cup 2026. Predictions are opinion and analysis only. We do not operate a betting exchange, do not hold funds for wagering, and do not place bets on your behalf.

Outbound links to third-party sportsbooks may be affiliate links. We may receive a commission when you sign up or wager through those links. You transact entirely with those third parties under their own terms.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view sports-betting content where you live.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service may be unavailable or restricted in some regions.

4. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and not share access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or appear compromised.

5. VIP / paid access

• VIP access is a one-time US$30 purchase processed by PayPal. We do not store your card or PayPal credentials.
• Refund policy. Because VIP access delivers digital content (predictions, picks, Telegram invite) immediately on purchase, sales are final. If you were charged in error or the Service was materially unavailable, contact us within 7 days and we will review in good faith.
• VIP access is for personal use only. Redistribution of picks, content, or the Telegram invite is prohibited.

6. No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past accuracy does not predict future results. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that predictions will be profitable, that data feeds will be uninterrupted, or that the Service will be error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or gambling losses.

8. Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.
• Don’t attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits.
• Don’t use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Jamaica.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
