Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to run the Service, we don’t sell your data, and we use trusted processors for payments and email.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email, hashed password, subscription status, account-creation timestamp.
- Payment data: when you buy VIP, PayPal processes the payment. We receive a PayPal order ID and the email on the PayPal account — we never see your card or PayPal password.
- Email subscribers: if you join the daily-picks list we store your email and a timestamp.
- Operational logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention. Retained up to 30 days.
- Cookies: a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the Service (sign-in, VIP access, daily picks).
- To process payments and provide receipts.
- To protect the Service against abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection).
- To send transactional and (if you opted in) marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
3. Who we share it with
- PayPal — payment processing (privacy policy).
- Stripe — backup payment processing if used (privacy policy).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Telegram — VIP broadcast channel (only if you join voluntarily).
- Railway — cloud hosting provider.
- Anthropic — AI analysis on prediction inputs; personal data is not sent.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Your choices
- Access & deletion: email saqlain.senior21@gmail.com and we’ll act within 30 days.
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: sign out to clear the session cookie.
5. Security
We use HTTPS site-wide, HSTS, Content Security Policy, secure HTTP-only session cookies, salted password hashing, server-side payment verification, and per-IP rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to saqlain.senior21@gmail.com.
6. Children
The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
7. International users
Data is processed on servers operated by Railway, primarily in the United States. By using the Service you consent to that processing.
8. Changes
We’ll post material changes here with a new “last updated” date.
